Lead Residential Territory Analyst

About The Position

This role is responsible for evaluating, creating and aligning the territory market for WOW!’s residential sales teams. This role plays a critical part in optimizing market strategy, improving regional sales performance, and helping ensure teams are positioned for success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance or equivalent
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, field sales, sales operations, territory strategy, or business analytics.
  • Strong experience supporting or leading residential or direct sales teams.
  • Proven success in territory planning, market alignment, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to turn data into action and recommendations into results.
  • Strong business judgment, leadership presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights and strategy to senior leaders.
  • Microsoft 365 (advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sales analytics and business intelligence platforms
  • Project management and collaboration tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in telecom, broadband, cable, or a similar consumer sales environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and optimize residential sales territories across WOW! markets
  • Create and align market assignments to improve sales effectiveness and opportunity coverage
  • Partner with sales leaders to align territory design with business objectives and local execution
  • Help lead territory refinement initiatives that drive stronger results across the organization
  • Analyze sales performance at the market level to identify trends, gaps, and areas for growth
  • Build reporting and performance insights that support better decision-making
  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve productivity, conversion, and market penetration
  • Bring innovative, forward-thinking ideas to sales planning and market strategy
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and business partners to support strategic planning and execution
  • Support organizational initiatives designed to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned
