Lead Residential HVAC Installer
About The Position
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install a wide variety of residential comfort systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will lead residential HVAC installations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will install equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas & Oil Furnaces, Ductless Mini-Split Systems, Boilers, Geothermal Systems, and other residential HVAC equipment. You will work independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed. You will mentor and train HVAC helpers, helping develop the next generation of technicians. You will complete installations correctly the first time and maintain accurate job documentation. You will represent Haller professionally in customers' homes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA/CFC Certification (Type I & II required; Universal preferred)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A team-first attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using an iPad and communicating professionally through email
Nice To Haves
- Boiler installation experience preferred
- Technical school or associate degree is a plus, but not required
