About The Position

We are seeking a professional and motivated Lead Residential Concierge to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the concierge team at a residential property, serving as the face of the lobby, and acting as the right-hand support to the client and leasing team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional service to residents and guests. A strong administrative skill set is also essential for handling emails, documentation, and daily communication tasks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
Must have a valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Comfortable with administrative tasks including email correspondence and documentation
Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and independently manage responsibilities
Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
Must pass a drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

Lead and set an example for the concierge team in professionalism, customer service, and performance
Greet all residents, guests, and visitors warmly and maintain a welcoming lobby environment
Work closely with the client and leasing office to understand daily activities, appointments, and visitor schedules
"Own the lobby" by staying informed of who is arriving, expected guests, and client-related appointments
Oversee front desk operations including visitor management, access control, and package handling
Conduct routine property rounds and respond promptly to safety or security concerns
Handle administrative tasks such as emails, logging information, and filing as required
Communicate effectively with clients, residents, MFort supervisors, and team members
Enforce company policies, site post orders, and standard operating procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by site management or MFort leadership
