About The Position

This is a supplemental addendum position for Lead Related Service Provider, offering a stipend of $3500 for the 2026-2027 SY. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Special Education and Director of Student Services. Related Service Providers include Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Adaptive PE Specialists. These providers offer direct services to students and collaborate with students, families, and staff to deliver interventions and support services. The Lead Related Service Provider will serve as a liaison for related service providers, utilizing their expertise to coordinate responsibilities with district stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serves as Point of Contact between Related Service Providers, the Student Services Department, and the District Office
Supports planning and facilitation of Related Service Provider and/or specific sub-group meetings (e.g SLP, OT/PT meetings)
Provides or coordinates in-service training and PD for service providers
Mentors new Related Services Provider, including facilitating relevant training
Engages in data analysis by tracking changes in student performance on standardized assessments, IEP goals, and progress monitoring data
Provides input through caseload/workload analysis and by regularly reviewing caseloads to ensure they are equitable, manageable and aligned with department standards.
Supports District Initiatives such as MTSS and inclusive practices, and works with Related Service Providers to ensure implementation
Provides peer feedback and support to Related Service Providers on scheduling, service delivery, or additional needs
Meets monthly with Assistant Director of Special Education and/or Director of Student Services
Other duties as assigned
