About The Position

Mind&Mobility is seeking a Lead Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts across Florida and Michigan for caregiver and administrative roles. This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining a strong hiring pipeline, supporting the current recruiter, and ensuring hiring needs are met across departments. The role is full-time and in-office in Fort Myers, Florida, with a salary of $52,000–$54,000. Local travel for recruiting events may be needed. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Requirements

At least 2 years of recruiting experience in health care; non-skilled home care experience is preferred.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel locally for recruiting events as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience recruiting caregivers.
Experience with iSolved or similar ATS platforms, Indeed, and candidate communication tools.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and administrative roles.
Support and direct the current recruiter based on hiring priorities.
Use recruiting platforms such as iSolved, Indeed, and text-based communication tools to engage candidates and manage pipelines.
Build and maintain relationships with CNA schools, training programs, and community partners.
Attend hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.
Manage sponsorships and identify new pipeline opportunities.
Post, monitor, and optimize job ads to maintain consistent applicant flow.
Track recruiting activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
