As Lead Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruiting across Lila's commercial and business functions, with primary focus on go-to-market and corporate development, and meaningful coverage of Product, Finance, Legal, People, and Marketing as hiring priorities shift. You will partner directly with senior leaders across these functions to translate strategy into hiring plans, then run searches that bring in the operators, dealmakers, and builders who shape how Lila grows. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role. You will source, screen, run candidates through process, and close offers. The mix of work will move as the business moves, giving you exposure across the full breadth of how Lila is built. You will calibrate interview panels, advise on compensation and market dynamics, and represent Lila to senior candidates with strong options elsewhere. You will sit on the Talent Acquisition team, which is based predominantly out of Cambridge, MA.
