About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead QA Engineer with over 15 years of experience in Software Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing test automation frameworks using BDD, TDD, and Hybrid approaches. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java and Rest Assured for API/backend automation, as well as a deep understanding of Core Java, including writing and testing code. Experience with Playwright and MCP is essential, along with hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver for web application automation. The candidate will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and executing efficient, reusable automated test cases, and developing test plans and scalable automation solutions. Ensuring the thorough testing and reliability of automation tests is a key responsibility. Prior experience in the Retail/E-commerce domain is a must.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong experience developing test automation frameworks using BDD, TDD, and Hybrid approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Rest Assured for API/backend automation.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, including writing and testing code.
• Experience with Playwright and MCP.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and web application automation.
