About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic QA Lead with deep expertise in Playwright to spearhead test automation architecture, elevate product quality, and mentor a team of quality engineers. The role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, driving UI and API test coverage, integrating testing into CI/CD workflows, and championing modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted testing and agentic workflows. The position is located in Omaha, Nebraska and requires working onsite all five days.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of total experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 4+ years of test automation experience, including at least 2–3+ years of hands-on experience using Playwright.
• Proven experience leading QA initiatives, establishing practices from scratch, or mentoring team members.
• Expert fluency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in UI, API (REST/SOAP), integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with multi-browser strategies covering Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.
• Experience with resilient locator and synchronization handling.
