About The Position

This is a federal contracting opportunity that we, the Company, are bidding on and has not been awarded. The availability of this position is contingent upon successful award of the contract. We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to serve as the designated site lead supporting construction and facility engineering projects at the James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC), the primary training facility for the United States Secret Service. This role serves as the primary on-site contact with the government and provides leadership, oversight, and management of complex construction projects across a 490-acre federal training campus. The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for directing multidisciplinary construction efforts, managing project execution, overseeing contractor performance, and ensuring successful delivery of facility planning, design, renovation, and construction initiatives. This position requires a highly skilled professional capable of independently managing large-scale commercial and government construction projects while maintaining focus on quality, schedule, budget, safety, and risk management.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other recognized project management certification.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience supporting federal government construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal agencies, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), or other government facilities.
  • Knowledge of federal construction standards, contracting processes, and facility management practices.
  • Experience managing large campus environments, training facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated on-site lead and primary liaison to the COR.
  • Provide campus-level coordination across multiple construction and facility engineering projects.
  • Align project priorities, resolve cross-project conflicts, and ensure consistent execution standards.
  • Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Monitor overall program performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, architects, engineers, and facility personnel.
  • Ensure consistency in execution across design, construction, renovation, and repair efforts.
  • Support high-level reviews, planning discussions, and campus-wide infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide consolidated reporting, briefings, and recommendations to Government leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to contract requirements and JJRTC operational priorities.
