This role oversees the strategic leadership, integration, and governance of procurement activities across multiple large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts. The Lead, Program Procurement Management ensures alignment of procurement execution with program-level objectives, including cost, schedule, risk, and supplier performance. This position involves leading a team of Project Procurement Managers and collaborating with executive leadership, project directors, and key stakeholders. The role serves as the primary procurement authority at the program level for large projects, driving standardization, best practices, and performance across a portfolio of complex projects. The position reports to the Director, Americas Supply Chain and is a remote position within the United States, with an expectation of up to 25% domestic and international travel.
