About The Position

The Lead Program Manager leads end-to-end execution of complex Modular Data Center programs, serving as the primary integration point across the customer, engineering, supply chain, business, manufacturing, and factory operations. The role owns execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer commitments, guiding cross-functional teams from program planning and development through validation, manufacturing ramp, and transition to sustaining production. The position integrates workstreams spanning rack integration, power, cooling, network and infrastructure, manufacturing, supply chain, test and validation, and site readiness into one executable program plan. It requires effective operation in a fast-paced hyperscale environment, with disciplined execution, proactive risk management, data-driven decision-making, and clear customer communication. The role is based in Austin, Texas, and may require travel to U.S. and international locations as needed.
