About The Position

The Lead Program Management Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that support the commercial development of data centers and other large-load growth opportunities, long-term infrastructure planning, and grid modernization efforts. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership to deliver complex, multi-billion-dollar programs that shape the future of the business. The successful candidate will provide program leadership across a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, establish governance frameworks, influence strategic decision-making, and ensure successful execution through cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, executive communication, program management expertise, and organizational influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, infrastructure planning, utility operations, commercial development, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with enterprise impact.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience establishing or managing program governance and portfolio management processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex program risks, competing priorities, and organizational dependencies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate business challenges into actionable plans and recommendations.
  • Advanced experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and Board materials.
  • Demonstrated change leadership skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or comparable certification.
  • Experience supporting utility infrastructure, energy, data center development, large capital projects, or commercial growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management, capital planning, or enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of highly complex, enterprise-wide programs that support large-load growth opportunities, infrastructure expansion, and system modernization initiatives.
  • Drive special projects and strategic initiatives that advance key business priorities and support organizational growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to align program objectives, priorities, and outcomes with enterprise strategy.
  • Establish and enhance program governance structures, execution frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resources, investments, and business outcomes.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving complex issues and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations on critical business initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level and Board-ready presentations, business cases, and communications supporting major capital investments and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes among executive stakeholders by translating complex business challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization to drive alignment, accountability, and program success.
  • Champion program management best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.
  • Support organizational change management efforts while fostering collaboration and agility across stakeholder groups.
