As a Lead Product Technology, your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: As a Lead Product Technology, you’ll serve as the discovery engine supporting AT&T Mass Markets’ AI program, mapping the current-state processes across AT&T’s headquarters functions and identifying where AI can drive the greatest impact. You’ll sit at the front of the transformation pipeline, translating how the business actually works today into the documented opportunities that fuel tomorrow’s AI solutions. Your work sets the foundation and enables future AI solutions. This role demands someone with a sharp eye for efficiency opportunities, a deep curiosity about how work gets done, and the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple functions and parts of the business to surface what matters most. The insights you generate will help shape our transformation roadmap. Success here requires a rare blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills including the ability to ask the right questions, earn stakeholder trust quickly, and turn complex process detail into clear, actionable materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Define strategy, technical roadmap, and business cases for rapid delivery of new applications and enhancements.
  • Customer Advocacy and Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing subject matter expertise on marketing technology platforms, CX solutions, billing systems, and other technical applications.
  • Technical Project Leadership: Lead technical projects including planning, execution, use of standard tools, Generative AI technology assessments, and measurement of outcomes.
  • Development and Testing: Define requirements and document business benefit, highlighting quantitative and qualitative value.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to frontline teams, manage system settings, and plan and execute quality assurance.
