•$152,000 - $220,000•Remote

About The Position

SeatGeek is hiring a Lead Product Manager to improve the end-to-end fan experience, from the first marketing or discovery touchpoint through landing, event pages, and checkout, including journeys where fans leave and return. The role also drives consistency for shared features fans encounter across surfaces, including price display and fee transparency, credits and incentives, notifications, saved and followed events, and trust signals. This position has no dedicated squad and delivers through other teams’ roadmaps. The Lead Product Manager will set strategy, build the case for work, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing leads to align teams and turn a fragmented journey into a coherent experience. The role includes monitoring changes in discovery, such as AI assistants, AI-driven search, and social commerce; using data and research to identify journey gaps; running continuous discovery and experimentation; and using AI and automation to improve product quality and team workflows. The listed salary range is $152,000–$220,000 USD. The role is equity eligible and may include a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, certifications, and location.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel, including work on acquisition funnels, landing experiences, or growth.
  • Proven ability to get work prioritized and shipped by teams the candidate does not manage.
  • Working fluency in paid marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, and attribution.
  • Strong experimentation, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with pricing, trust, or design-system work spanning multiple surfaces, and strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using automation or AI tools to monitor product quality at scale.
  • Live events or ticketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, and metrics for the journey from marketing channels through landing and checkout.
  • Monitor changes in discovery, including AI assistants, AI-driven search, and social commerce, and bring opportunities to relevant teams.

  • Lead work on shared features such as price display, credits and incentives, notifications, saved and followed events, and trust signals.
  • Create automated quality checks for consistency across surfaces and for AI-powered experiences and agents; use them to catch broken experiences, regressions, and drop-off spikes.
  • Map the full fan journey, identify drop-off points between teams, and make data- and research-backed cases for addressing them.
  • Analyze funnel, channel, and experiment results; monitor journey metrics; and make clear recommendations to partner teams.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery through fan research, data analysis, and competitive reviews, and turn findings into ideas and experiments for partner teams.
  • Shape Product and Marketing roadmaps by bringing prioritized, well-scoped opportunities into planning and securing commitment.
  • Run regular working sessions with partner teams to align, sequence, and advance journey work.
  • Prototype ideas with AI coding tools, use AI to synthesize research and data, and share effective workflows with other product managers.
  • Champion the fan journey across the company, celebrate wins, and mentor junior product team members.
