•$152,000 - $220,000•Hybrid

About The Position

SeatGeek is seeking a Lead Product Manager to focus on the end-to-end fan experience, from initial touchpoints through landing and onto the event page. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and consistent journey for fans, even if they leave and return. The Lead Product Manager will own the consistency of features across all surfaces, including price display, fee transparency, credits, incentives, notifications, saved events, and trust signals. This position requires influencing other teams' roadmaps to drive strategy and execution, rather than direct ownership of a specific surface. The ideal candidate is energized by impact through influence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience with acquisition funnels, landing experiences, or growth initiatives.
  • Proven ability to get work prioritized and shipped by teams not directly managed.
  • Working fluency in paid marketing, SEO, AI-driven discovery, and attribution.
  • Strong experimentation, analytical, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with pricing, trust, or design-system work that spans multiple surfaces.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using automation or AI tools to monitor product quality at scale.
  • Live events or ticketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and metrics for how fans navigate from marketing channels through landing and checkout.
  • Stay informed about evolving discovery methods like AI assistants, AI-driven search, and social commerce, and share these opportunities with relevant teams.
  • Optimize landing experiences (performer, venue, category, campaign pages, app deep links) to ensure alignment with the referring source.
  • Lead the implementation of cross-cutting features such as price display, credits, incentives, notifications, saved events, and trust signals.
  • Establish automated quality checks to maintain consistency across surfaces for features like price display and trust signals, and evaluate AI-powered experiences and agents.
  • Map the full fan journey, identify drop-off points between teams, and build business cases for improvements using data and research.
  • Analyze funnel, channel, and experiment results, monitor journey metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to partner teams.
  • Conduct continuous discovery on the shopping experience through fan research, data analysis, and competitive teardowns to generate ideas and experiments for partner teams.
  • Shape the roadmaps of Product and Marketing Teams by bringing prioritized, well-scoped opportunities into planning.
  • Run regular working sessions with partner teams to ensure journey work is aligned, sequenced, and progressing.
  • Utilize AI-native approaches, including prototyping with AI coding tools and using AI for research and data synthesis.
  • Champion the fan journey across the company, celebrate successes, and mentor junior product team members.
