Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with proven track record executing complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives that required coordination across multiple teams.
  • Strong technical fluency and experience with enterprise content management systems, document workflows, or professional services software.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development and related technologies such as semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence applications.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns, with familiarity in AI/ML applications for content management.
  • Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments where you receive context and strategic direction but determine execution approach independently.
  • Experience with modern product development practices including agile methodologies, feature flags, A/B testing, and instrumentation for data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal technology, regulatory compliance, or highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full product delivery lifecycle for our web experience platform, ensuring reliable releases that drive measurable user engagement and business impact.
  • Lead continuous discovery through regular customer interviews and rapid experimentation, maintaining deep connection with legal professionals' evolving needs.
  • Work alongside 2 product managers to implement product strategies and workflows with potential for org-wide deployment, leading by example with empowered team principles that drive consistent business outcomes.
  • Operate as part of empowered product teams with engineering and design, focusing on solving customer problems rather than building prescribed features.
  • Navigate complex technical dependencies across multiple teams and Microsoft Office integrations while maintaining velocity and product excellence.
  • Champion modern product practices including outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric decision making throughout the organization.
  • Practice radical candor in all interactions, providing direct feedback that accelerates team performance while building trust through transparency.
  • Drive product strategy for your domain based on customer insights, market data, and technical capabilities, making strategic bets that maximize business outcomes.
  • Influence without authority across cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities.
  • Model continuous learning and intelligent risk-taking, fostering an environment where failure advances understanding and innovation thrives.
