About The Position

As a Product Manager Lead, you will advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy. In this role, you will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done, and lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, that enhance productivity and user experience. You will translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team, combining strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in product management, including experience leading initiatives and developing others.
Communicate clearly and effectively, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders.
Experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes.
Intellectually curious about AI and motivated to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve how work is done.
Organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end.
Build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions.
Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot.
