About The Position

We’re looking for a business-focused Product Manager to drive the strategy, economics, and cross-functional alignment for our smart home security product. This role is focused on shaping the long-term vision, business model, and portfolio decisions, and ensuring that product investments deliver strong financial and strategic outcomes. You will partner closely with finance, strategy, marketing, operations, and senior leadership to define where we play, how we win, and how we allocate resources.

Requirements

  • 8+ years across product management, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong B2C, E-commerce experience is preferred.
  • Customer/consumer focus.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; able to build and stress-test business cases.
  • Experience in subscription businesses, consumer services, or telecom/technology is a plus.
  • Comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and sizing opportunities.
  • Able to translate complex data and strategy into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; can collaborate and influence across finance, operations, marketing, and product.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the multi‑year product strategy, including market positioning, target segments, competitive differentiation, the product’s role in the broader portfolio, and strategic sequencing across the customer journey.
  • Own the business case and economics by building revenue, cost, margin, and LTV/CAC models, evaluating ROI for major initiatives, and partnering with finance on budgets and targets.
  • Lead portfolio and roadmap planning from a business perspective by prioritizing features with other PMs, facilitating tradeoff discussions, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Partner with operations, care, and support teams to understand cost drivers, identify opportunities to reduce cost‑to‑serve, and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and track business‑level KPIs such as subscriber growth, ARPU, churn, attach rates, and profitability, and regularly report progress to leadership with recommended adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver materials for executive reviews, investment boards, and cross‑functional forums.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the overall product owner and senior leaders.
