Lead Product Manager - New Products

• Develop a strategy to build a strong competitive moat and advantage for Overjet in the market
• Conduct market research to identify market and customer demand and establish TAM (Total Addressable Market)
• Play a leadership role in building cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, BD (Business Development), customer success, and support
• Build short-term and long-term product roadmaps to capture the entire market
• Think big in terms of long-term vision and roadmap, while also synthesizing them into Sprint level roadmap
• Collaborate effectively with UX designer, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and BD
• Identify the most important capabilities among various features that can be built
• Pay high attention to detail, including incorporating the right copy text and button names in the product
• Articulate and build a strategy for Build vs Buy vs Partner
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in dental AI technology
• Drive the development and launch of new products that can be game-changing in the US market
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in both people and business aspects
• Drive talent acquisition and product development to meet the strong demand for Overjet's dental AI
• Contribute to the growth of Overjet's business line from 0→1 to potentially 10s of millions
• Work towards improving oral health for all through the use of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology.

• 10+ years of experience
• Good product sense and execution skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UX designer, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and BD
