The Digital Team is building and scaling industry-leading digital experiences across web and mobile, requiring a consistent and reliable way to understand customer interactions. As the Lead Product Manager – Digital Instrumentation & Enablement, you will define and scale the systems that capture, structure, and activate customer behavioral data across the digital ecosystem. This role owns the strategy and execution for digital instrumentation, ensuring product, analytics, and marketing teams can confidently measure customer behavior, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. The position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and data, and is critical for enabling high-quality experimentation, analytics, and customer experience optimization. You will establish event tracking standards, drive data quality, and embed measurement into the product development lifecycle. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and analytics, partnering closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data is consistent, trusted, and actionable.
