About The Position

This is a high visibility role with both strategic and creative facets of the work. The Lead Product Line Manager will manage and oversee the product creation for elite to everyday Tennis athletes. The role involves leading product and design reviews, connecting with merchandising at key strategy check-ins, participating in cross-functional meetings, and creating compelling visual tools to influence design, merchandising, and downstream geography partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or related field, or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in product-related roles.
• Must have Product management experience.
• Ability to operate effectively even when the way forward is not clear and to take an ambiguous situation and create a clear path forward for the cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate in consistent, clear, agile, and timely manner with cross-functional partners - written and verbally.
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance elite athlete needs and unlock retail opportunities.
• Leads by example and can hold team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestic and international.
