About The Position

Clipboard is building Million Dollar Nurse, a new YouTube channel for nurses and caretakers across America looking to advance their careers. Nurses are one of the largest and hardest-working groups in the country, but they have few resources available to them to help them outside of the classroom. We’re changing that, becoming the place nurses go to learn and progress. The first step to realizing this vision is a YouTube channel similar to CeraVe’s Daily Derm. From there, we'll build out a newsletter, an engaged community, and eventually a hub of free resources, similar to what The White Coat Investor is for doctors. You'll be the person who makes that happen, both behind the scenes and on camera.

Requirements

Magnetic on camera, coming across as a warm, genuine mentor that the audience deeply trusts.
Curious and a fast learner, excited by a job that touches finance, content, YouTube growth, team management, and a new audience.
Strong operator, able to manage contractors and many moving pieces, keeping production flowing.
Cares about the audience and believes nurses deserve better resources.
Interested in personal finance, reads finance content for fun, and can quickly learn about financial tools for nurses.

Nice To Haves

Produced video content before.
Grown a YouTube channel.
Worked in financial services, media, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

Run the channel – from ideation to hosting to production.
Host both the daily shorts and the weekly long-form videos (3-4 hours per week on camera).
Set the content strategy, including topics, angles, and what to skip.
Manage the team, ensuring the writer and editor stick to deadlines and deliver great work.
Analyze content performance bi-weekly with the head of social to determine what's working and how to boost performance.
