About The Position

Lead the integrated delivery of hyperscale data-center capacity from site selection and due diligence through design, construction, commissioning, fit-out, network deployment, server readiness, and production handover. Coordinate internal engineering teams, colocation providers, utilities, contractors, and technology vendors to deliver reliable, high-performance facilities on schedule and within budget. Apply technical expertise in critical electrical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and networking to support compute and GPU deployments, operational handover, and ongoing facility success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hyperscale data-center capacity delivery programs, including site selection, construction, and production go-live.
  • Strong technical knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure, low-voltage power distribution, structured cabling, and networking dependencies in data-center environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal engineering teams, colocation partners, utilities, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Excellent program management skills, including schedule, budget, and risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum experience requirement: 15 years in construction project management; or a relevant bachelor's degree and 11 years; or a relevant master's degree and 9 years; or a relevant doctorate and 7 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field is listed in the qualifications.
  • Preferred-level experience thresholds: 16 years in construction project management; or a relevant bachelor's degree and 12 years; or a relevant master's degree and 10 years; or a relevant doctorate and 8 years.
  • Two years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
  • Four years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
