Lead Preschool Teacher/Coordinator Help Us Build Something Special!
About The Position
The Southern District YMCA is launching a new preschool program at its Hampton Center and is seeking a creative, caring Lead Preschool Teacher to help build and shape the program. The role involves creating an engaging classroom environment and making a positive impact on children ages 3–5. The teacher will develop hands-on learning experiences, foster a welcoming environment, build relationships with children and families, and lead a team committed to early childhood education. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with compensation of $19–$24 per hour.
Requirements
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Must meet New Hampshire Lead Teacher qualifications.
