About The Position
Davis Heating and Cooling is seeking a Lead Plumbing Install Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring plumbing expertise and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. This role involves installing plumbing systems in residential homes, ensuring top-notch quality and full code compliance, providing stellar customer service, troubleshooting and resolving installation issues, working closely with team members, ensuring tools and equipment are ready, following safety protocols, and keeping accurate records.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of plumbing installation experience
- Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- A knack for problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Stellar communication skills (both written and verbal)
- A reliable, punctual work ethic that gets things done
- Valid drivers license required
- Candidates must be over 21
Responsibilities
- Install plumbing systems in residential homes, ensuring top-notch quality and full code compliance
- Provide stellar customer service, always tackling plumbing needs with professionalism and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, delivering quick and effective solutions
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely, on-spec installations
- Make sure all tools, equipment, and materials are ready to go for each job
- Follow strict safety protocols to keep everyone on the job site safe and sound
- Keep accurate records of installations and work completed, ensuring everything is documented and organized
