About The Position
R & T Yoder Plumbing, Inc. is hiring a full-time experienced Lead Plumber in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers a wage of up to $50 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and monthly bonus opportunities. Requirements
- At least 4 years of plumbing field experience.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly in layman's terms.
- Ability to establish rapport, respect others and their property, and take pride in work.
Nice To Haves
- Previous or current DOT certification.
- Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural plumbing systems.
