About The Position

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking licensed plumbers who take pride in their work and want to be rewarded for performance. We are growing fast and looking for high-level residential service plumbers who want strong income, steady calls, support from management, and the freedom to run their own truck. We offer a competitive hourly base pay plus commission, a fully stocked take-home truck, fuel card, year-round residential service work, strong dispatch support, paid holidays and PTO, company uniforms, and ongoing technical training. We do not have on-call requirements and do not perform work in Minneapolis or St. Paul.

Requirements

• Minnesota Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
• Residential service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Professional attitude and clean workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing repairs and replacements
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Deliver a clean, professional customer experience
• Maintain your truck inventory and job materials
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Operate independently while managing your own calls
