Requirements

• Michigan Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
• Retail pharmacy or Infusion pharmacy experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Oncology and management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and provides expertise and education of departmental policies and procedures.
• Provides training, education, and direction to technician staff and serves as a supervisor extender.
• Maintains consistent communication across all CHC pharmacy locations.
• Provides support to the leadership team for reporting and quality initiatives.
• Works as a pharmacy technician in addition to lead duties.
• Creates training modules and competencies based on CHC policies and procedures for technician staff.
• Completes and monitors required reports on specific frequencies.
• Monitors staff while working and provides redirection in procedures as needed and ensures excellent customer service.
• Helps ensure correct inventory control.
• All other duties as assigned.
