About The Position

The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks. In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment. Requirements

  • 4 years Front office experience in an acute or ambulatory setting.
  • 2 years Leadership or supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree Preferred fields: Healthcare or related.
  • Coursework/Training College level classes, preferably in healthcare or related field.
  • Equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare leadership role.
  • IDX and Touchworks (Allscripts) experience.
