A confidential, relationship-centered private dental practice in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Lead Patient Care Coordinator to help guide the patient experience and support the front office team. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people feel welcomed, informed, and cared for — while also bringing organization, leadership, and accountability to the daily flow of the practice. Requirements

  • Dental front office, treatment coordination, scheduling, or patient care coordination experience
  • Prior lead, training, or mentoring experience, or is ready to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Lead and support the front office/patient care coordination team
  • Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and appointment flow
  • Help patients understand treatment plans, financial options, insurance details, and next steps
  • Partner closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
  • Support daily huddles, patient handoffs, and communication between clinical and front office teams
  • Help maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidentiality and HIPAA standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and the patient experience
  • Model accountability, calm leadership, humility, and kindness
  • Help create a practice environment where patients trust us for a lifetime and tell others why
