Requirements

Minimum of a High School Diploma.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a painting role.
Proven expertise in using painting tools and equipment.
Ability to read and understand instructions in manuals and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Prior lead or senior-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate painting projects, ensuring all tasks are completed with outstanding quality and strict adherence to specifications.
Responsibility of the lead is being prepared to be productive with tools, material, and information.
Prepare surfaces and apply paint using various techniques and equipment.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain equipment and materials necessary to complete operations.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure flawless finishes and adherence to nVent’s standards.
Align with all applicable safety procedures, quality specifications, and 5S Standards.
Demonstrate flexibility by performing rotational assignments as needed and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
