Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
  • Work overtime as required
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management

Responsibilities

  • Print Labels, port tickets, WIP tickets, production orders and specification sheets for shift
  • Staffing for packers and line assignments based on standards
  • Manage training for new packers & trainers
  • Coordination of meal and breaks for packers
  • Maintain inventory for production labels, port tickets, WIP labels
  • Ensure line is ready for set up process, by clearing line
  • Manages packers when line goes down and reviews work assignments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
