Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Pick / pack experience in a line environment.
• RF scanner experience.
• Experience opening cartons, replenishing and picking product.
• Ability to lift, carry up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
• Ability to stand, squat, reach and walk between 8 - 12 hours per shift.
• Quality minded with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Quick work pace.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor capable of getting along well with co-workers and managers.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Replenish, pick and pack air filters, oil filters, wiper blades and other small automotive parts.
• Manually construct shipping cartons.
• Keep work area clean.
• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
