About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing package handling operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The Lead Package Handler will guide a team, manage workflow, and contribute to the smooth operation of the shipping and receiving department. Requirements

• Previous experience in package handling or a related field.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work the specified shift hours.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Forklift certification.
