As the Lead Orientation Specialist, you’ll make those first days count. You’ll own and lead Interstates’ new hire orientation experience—from offer acceptance through initial training and transition into a team member’s assigned role. You’ll bring structure to a complex process, create a welcoming experience for every new team member, and make sure the details are handled so people feel prepared and confident from day one. This role is a great fit for someone who loves planning, coordinating, facilitating, solving problems, and continuously improving the way work gets done.
