Fueling your passion As a Lead Operations Specialist, you are overseeing field specialists for assigned accounts, ensuring service delivery is meeting contractual obligations and customer expectations. You are developing operational plans, managing compliance, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive process improvements and value creation. Your role is involving strategic planning, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Managing account operations and overseeing field specialists for the account.
  • Driving indirect upselling on accounts and ensuring customer service, value creation, and communication.
  • Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities.
  • Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
  • Contributing to planning for the larger unit and working together with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB level.
  • Specifying needs, communicating about project approaches, and presenting outcomes of research being done.
  • Implementing standardized project processes and following guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Adapting to processes and procedures that are frequently being updated by other functions and implementing them in the department.
  • Managing diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from those conditions.
