The Lead, Operations Coordinator leads and coordinates administrative support, Newstar support and Buildpro/Supplypro scheduling for Construction and Production teams across the Alberta market. Pre-construction actions, construction prep and scheduling is completed by the Lead, Operations Coordinator or indirectly through training and coaching of team members (Admin & Construction). Through daily use of Brookfield’s operational IT systems the Lead, Operations Coordinator is expected to identify opportunities for improvement in system and related department process. The role involves liaising between office teams and construction site teams & trade partners. General responsibilities also include minor coordination of permits, Alberta New Home Warranty, Enmax and Atco applications, job releases and reporting on external operations functions.
