Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related
Five (5) years in any occupation with related experience
Five (5) years in any occupation with related experience must include: Experience with implementation of IBM Sterling Order Management Suite (preferably on Cloud or SaaS) and extensive experience in customizing Order management modules
Experience in integrating with IBM Sterling intelligent promising and utilizing all the Watson based optimizer objectives
Experience with front end technology such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AngularJS frameworks, an object-oriented programming language, Java, Relational or NoSQL database technology, cloud computing techniques, CI/CD tools, modern software design patterns
Experience in customizing the IBM Store engagement application, Call center application and Inventory visibility solutions
Experience with security frameworks for user and API/services authorization and authentication
Experience in XML, XSD, SOAP and REST services

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues
Lead Outage Calls and Root Cause Analysis for the problems
Holiday readiness planning and Holiday readiness testing guidance
Management of Quarterly upgrades and feature pack update of IBM OMS
Define and promote processes, policies, standards, and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
