The Lead Service Specialist assists the Supervisor or Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, hospitality, facilities and receptionist services. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in a mail or production, copy, print or scanning environment
  • Ability to lead others in a professional manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Responsibilities

  • Hospitality Services including maintaining visitor's offices, conference rooms and collaboration space
  • Assign production tasks to team members
  • Ensure all projects have been properly completed and quality checked
  • Work to resolve work issues or complaints such as: lost parcel, damaged package, untimely deliveries
  • Food service and meeting room configuration
  • Assist management with training new hires on all processes
  • Other duties may include, mail, distribution services, copy, print, records, facilities && reception
