We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Lead Office Services Associate to support a fast-paced office services operation in a warehouse-style environment. This is a single-person site role where you will independently oversee daily print, mail, and office service functions while ensuring exceptional client support and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in a high-volume mailroom, print, or office services environment
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
  • Proficiency in print production and reprographics services
  • Strong email communication skills with the ability to respond professionally and efficiently
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge for reporting purposes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Reliable transportation required for mail runs
  • Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, and physical movement throughout the day

Nice To Haves

  • Previous lead or senior-level office services experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all daily office services operations including print production, mail services, shipping, and supply coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail runs using personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Operate and support print production including: Wide format printing, Saddle stitching, Small and large volume print jobs
  • Process domestic and international shipping requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Monitor workflow and service levels to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for efficiency and consistency
  • Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication to clients and internal teams
