About The Position

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Working Lead Office Services Associate to support a prestigious corporate environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily office services operations while actively supporting print, mail, copy, and hospitality functions. Responsibilities include managing workflow priorities, handling print production and mail distribution, supporting conference room setups, stocking hospitality areas, and delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests. The Working Lead will also assist with training team members and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced corporate environments. Prior leadership experience in print, mail, hospitality, or office services is required, along with strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office services, facilities, or hospitality within a corporate or professional services environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the day
  • A detail-oriented, adaptable professional with a client-first mindset, capable of operating with professionalism, urgency, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior leadership experience in print, mail, hospitality, or office services is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package tracking (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
  • Conduct routine floor inspections; maintain fully stocked and organized common areas
  • Coordinate conference room setups and breakdowns for meetings and events
  • Deliver reprographics support, including printing, copying, scanning, and binding; troubleshoot equipment and liaise with vendors
  • Provide reception coverage, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence
  • Support workstation setups, office moves, and new hire onboarding
  • Respond promptly to internal service requests and ensure seamless daily operations
  • Assist with training team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment
