About The Position
The Lead Occupational Therapist provides personalized therapy to seniors in facility settings and/or close-to-home cases, supporting patients as they work toward regaining abilities and returning to their preferred lifestyles. The organization is therapist-led and focused on improving patient outcomes, with a compassionate team environment, autonomy, leadership support, mentorship, and simple documentation. The role may involve reporting to one facility location and/or treating cases close to home.
Requirements
- Unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized occupational therapy care to seniors.
- Support patients in regaining abilities and progressing toward their goals.
