Proactively partner with relevant stakeholders, central finance, and the growth office PMO to report on end-to-end portfolio performance. You will co-lead the AOP cycle to set and support the productivity component of portfolio/category performance in partnership with the BU CFO office, category finance teams, and portfolio GMs. As necessary, lead ad-hoc internal/external assessments to determine portfolio margin competitiveness.
