Requirements

Associates degree or equivalent years of experience
3 years of related experience required

Responsibilities

Works with supervisor to develop, facilitate and coordinate training for new and existing mortgage servicing department employees and assist with mentoring employees to help them meet expectations
Works with supervisor to develop and implement department policies and procedures and ensures employees are following established guidelines, monitors and updates procedures and references as needed.
Assists supervisor in ensuring employees are providing quality service and being effective in meeting department goals.
Collaborates in development/implementation of new processes/systems and changes/improvements to existing systems and processes
Fannie Mae daily reporting (LAR), monthly balancing and reconciliation; Monthly Investor Reporting (FHLB & FNMA)
Collection and reporting of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) activity
Leads the sold loan servicing function including verifying, submitting documentation, researching, and clearing loan sale discrepancies
Accurately plans, prepares, and audits core system/loan servicing system and completes reports monthly to ensure and confirm core data integrity
Experienced in core mapping processes, defining best practices, and recommends operational and core enhancements / solutions.
Mortgage lending "Super User" for our servicing platform, includes additional security level permissions to update and build loan tables, system configurations and access file maintenance tables.
