Needs to have or be able to obtain a valid Chauffer's license. Can Earn An Additional $700 Bi-Weekly With Efficiency Bonuses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of verified experience in Tractor/Trailer repair while leading a team of technicians.
  • Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift 100+ pounds.
  • Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing.
  • Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks.
  • Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous role as team lead and/or supervisor
  • Skills in coaching, mentoring & teaching
  • Knowledge of the mobile work environment and challenges and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to act with a high sense of urgency and prioritize issues daily.
  • Class A CDL

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of mobile technicians.
  • Retrieve, review and monitor metrics, reports, customer service logs, and/or training or safety records.
  • Follow up with technicians as necessary to make recommended changes to improve maintenance and repair efficiency.
  • Monitor operations to ensure that technicians comply with DOT policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations.
  • Ensure each tech has a full schedule daily and delegate work to technicians accordingly.
  • Facilitate communication and problem solving resolve any issues.
  • Provide technicians with standard and emergency operating procedures for maintenance and repair work.
  • Perform mobile technician duties such as preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, tractor/trailer repairs, and/or parts replacements as needed.
