About The Position

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. The role requires 8+ years of proven experience in collaboration system administration and engineering. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent product management skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques. Well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
