About The Position

Sun Life Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Medical Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, training and mentoring clinical staff, and managing supplies, vaccines, and equipment. The Lead Medical Assistant will uphold high standards of care and compliance within a supportive and collaborative company culture.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current CMA/RMA certification required
• CPR certification required (may be obtained during orientation)

Responsibilities

• Support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Train, mentor, and lead clinical staff
• Manage supplies, vaccines, and equipment
• Uphold high standards of care and compliance
