About The Position

Sun Life Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Medical Assistant to join their team. As a Lead Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient care, ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic, and leading the clinical staff. This role involves training and mentoring team members, managing essential supplies, vaccines, and equipment, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current CMA/RMA certification required
• CPR certification required (may be obtained during orientation)

Responsibilities

• Support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations
• Train, mentor, and lead clinical staff
• Manage supplies, vaccines, and equipment
• Uphold high standards of care and compliance
