Requirements

  • Love exercising! Walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes is a true fun for you!
  • Computer savvy – using smart phone, computer or operating the handheld scanner makes it even more fun.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and like to solve puzzles.
  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
  • Take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment!
  • Experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker.
  • Great communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
  • Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
  • Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits.
