Requirements

Love exercising! Walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes is a true fun for you!
Computer savvy – using smart phone, computer or operating the handheld scanner makes it even more fun.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills and like to solve puzzles.
Reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when needed.
Take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done right.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment!
Experience operating a forklift and willing to be certified on an order picker.
Great communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written).
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS).
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments.
Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools.
Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits.
