About The Position
An established mobile medical practice is expanding into a new office in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant ready to step into a leadership role. The Lead Medical Assistant will help launch the office, shape its day-to-day operations and culture, and work closely with providers and leadership to support its success. The role focuses on coordinating clinical operations, establishing efficient workflows, supporting the team, and helping create a positive patient and staff experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, confident, adaptable, and motivated to help build a new office.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support medical assistants in daily clinical operations.
- Help coordinate patient flow, rooming, and clinical workflows.
- Support providers and help ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Help establish processes, maintain organization, and uphold high standards of patient care.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations and take initiative to resolve challenges.
- Help launch and establish the new Lakewood Ranch office.
